H\u00e5vard Lillethun (f. 1953 i Addis Abeba) vokste opp i Chicago og Geneve, f\u00f8r familien flyttet til Bergen da han var elleve. Som atten\u00e5ring ble han medlem av sekten Children of God (som i dag heter The Family International), der han viktigste oppgave var \u00e5 vitne om Jesus og rekruttere nye disipler. Etter omsider \u00e5 ha brutt med sekten, har H\u00e5vard jobbet som webdesigner og coach.
