Asger Jorn (1914- 1973) var en av Nordens st\u00f8rste billedkunstnere. Hans liv var preget av en omflakkende tilv\u00e6relse og en ustoppelig skaperevne.<\/p>\n

For mange er Jorns navn f\u00f8rst og fremst forbundet med etableringen av den fargerike, livsbejaende europeiske kunstnerbevegelsen Cobra, og senere med avantgarde-bevegelsen Den Situasjonistiske Internasjonale.<\/p>\n

N\u00f8dinnganger – Studier i Asger Jorn er den f\u00f8rste norske, systematiske presentasjonen av Asger Jorn i bokform. Boken er rikt illustrert med Jorns fantastiske bilder, og inkluderer noen av hans hovedverk. Ved siden av betydningsfulle og kanoniserte malerier legges det ogs\u00e5 stor vekt p\u00e5 Jorns grafikk. At Asger Jorn ogs\u00e5 var dypt inspirert av Edvard Munch – ved siden av malere som Klee, Mir\u00f3, Kandinsky, Picasso og Ensor – kommer til uttrykk i flere av bildene.
